Three types of employees
At Quality Hospitality, we believe in growth. Not just in experience, but especially in skills. That’s why we work with three clear employee levels, allowing you to develop and progress throughout your career.
Gold - Talent
You are able to carry plates, work with a serving tray, and clear tables efficiently (debrass). You understand the basics of service and support the team on the floor.
Diamond – Expert
You can work independently as an à la carte service staff member. You are comfortable working in a restaurant environment, can independently operate the bar, and have barista skills.
Platinum – Master
You have extensive experience in hospitality. You possess strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverages in general. In addition, you have advanced barista skills, including latte art.
Grow with us
